Who we are
SA38 is a company
created to satisfy
the need for accommodation,
both permanent and touristic.
Born in 2022, we aim to serve both leisure and commercial customers, university students engaged in Erasmus or study abroad programs. Our main goal is to provide our clients an excellent experience. Our founding principles are hospitality, a superior service and our care for the environment and local culture.
To achieve this, we propose a new concept that combines the best of traditional hospitality with the latest technological advances applied to customer service. Thanks to partnerships in Italy and the United States we have managed to open three locations in Italy and one in the USA.
Our locations host different types of customers, united all from the love of art and the desire to discover the beauties of Italy.
